Ask yourself, “If this brochure is successful, what will it achieve? List two or three objectives. For example: will a client read it then give it to someone else, increasing referrals to your office? Will reading the brochure boost a patient’s compliance? Will a third-party payer gain a better understanding of the role of physiotherapy in health outcomes?
