The COMPASS Interactive Workshops have been designed by 3 Physical Therapists with a combined > 50 years of clinical experience. The first workshop, a 1-day introductory level that will provide participants with real-world skills they can apply and develop, is being held April 16th in Mississauga, Ontario.
Are good technical skills enough to help patients get better?
Good communication is a proven asset for positive patient outcomes and experience. Physiotherapists are trained technically but with less focus on communication. This workshop will introduce the first communication & interaction system developed in Canada for PT’s by PT’s. Interactive activities with experienced leaders will aid in developing your communication skills and improving patient adherence, engagement, trust, loyalty and satisfaction. The information and practical components provided in this course can be immediately applied to your clinical setting. Let us be your COMPASS and guide your way to improved patient care.
