Have you always had an idea to help improve accessibility of physiotherapy in the community?
Here is your chance! CPA is hosting a new session at this year’s Congress 2014 entitled ‘The Auditor’s Desk’. This session is loosely based off of CBC’s successful series, ‘Dragon’s Den’. We will have 3-4 delegates present their idea to our panel of ‘Auditors’ who will decide whose idea is the best.
We are looking for a delegate who has a great simple idea that can help with getting physiotherapy to the people who need it in the community. Considering the cutbacks to health care across the country, it is vital that we create new and innovative ways to deliver physiotherapy. It can target any specific sub-group, for example diabetes care, senior’s health, or arthritis care, provided it is under population health.
“Pitch to our Auditors your best clinical project of a model of care to improve community access to physiotherapy for chronic disease management”
The winner as selected by the Auditors will receive a cash prize of $2000 to carry out their project, as well as possible additional prizes. The Auditor’s Desk is supported by CPA’s corporate partners and further details will be provided in future communications.
Once you have decided on how your project can answer this request, send a 1 page summary to CPA before June 1st, 2014. The Auditors will evaluate the submissions and select 3-4 delegates to present live to them at the Congress session.
